Returns and Refunds 

A return and refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have lapsed since your date of purchase, we will, unfortunately, not be able to offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, it must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To initiate a return, please complete the Request a Return form below. Please ensure that you complete the form correctly with all the requested information including your name, surname, your email address, contact telephone number, order number and address. Please also select the reason for the return from the drop - down menu and fill in any comments you may have and select the submit button. 

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

Please note that our UAfrica logistics partners will collect your product from the address listed in the Request a Return form below.  

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the products are either damaged or defective.   

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replaced item to reach you, may vary.

Damaged or Defective Products

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or rejected. 

We will replace products if they are defective or damaged.  

Please select the option “The meter is not working/damaged” from the drop -down menu on the Request a Return form below. 

If the replacement has been approved, a new sub-meter of the same model originally ordered will be sent to you at no further costs to you.

Refunds 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or rejected. 

If the refund has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or verifiable bank account, within a certain amount of days. The amount refunded will be the value of the purchase less the courier charges for the collection of the item being returned. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund after the refund has been approved, first check your bank account.

Thereafter, contact your credit card company - it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
